The Mykec Network retains full ownership of that which it creates and full control over its use until payment-in-full for services rendered has been received from the customer.

PHP programs which utilize The Mykec Network's custom libraries are made available for use to our customers, not sold to them. Maintenance applications (otherwise known as "apples") are made available on an annually-, bi-annually- or monthly-renewable subscription basis. This approach works to ensure our customers that the software we develop will be of high quality and will continue to meet their expectations as their needs develop and change over time.

The Mykec Network reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to MykecEdit without notice or limitation; particularly in proactive or reactive defense against situations when the security, stability, or good reputation of the network is threatened, compromised or harmed in any way.

The Mykec Network reserves the right to modify, append or delete these terms of service in whole or part at any time without notice.
